My Journey

My path to bodywork has been shaped by a diverse background in movement and cognitive science. As someone who has experienced both the joys and challenges of physical activity through mountain biking, dance, martial arts, and acrobatics, I bring a unique perspective to my practice.

The frustration of feeling limited in my own body led me to explore various therapeutic approaches, ultimately finding my calling in bodywork. This personal journey has deeply informed my approach to helping others find freedom and ease in their movement.

Philosophy

At Form & Flow, we believe that true healing comes from understanding and working with the body's natural intelligence. Our approach is rooted in the principles of biotensegrity and nervous system awareness, recognizing that the body functions as an integrated whole rather than isolated parts.

I understand that touching tissue touches the nervous system, and this awareness guides every session. My work is slow, methodical, and highly specific, engaging in a dynamic conversation with your body to encourage natural healing and improved movement patterns.
